on Friday, 20 May 2011

Saraiki is the main language of southern Punjab especially for Bahawalpur. Saraiki Waseb has three divisions in which Bhakar and miamwali are involved. The language of these divisions is saraiki or Multani. The area of Bahawalpur D.G khan and Multan has 6 equal divisions. The division of Bahawalpur is greater than combine area of division Lahore, Faisalabad and Gujranwala. There are many problems in this city of Pakistan. The southern Punjab of Pakistan is under development. The problems of the saraiki weseb are mention below:

  • 1-  Saraiki Waseb is facing lack of funding due to the lack of funding the development of the cities stop. The main cause of lack of funding is that Government of Pakistan is not paying any interest in southern Punjab.

  • 3-      The capital of Punjab is Lahore. People of the saraiki waseb have to travel to the capital of Punjab to earn livelihood but Lahore is very costly as well as time consuming.
  • 4-      The ratio of education of saraiki Waseb is low.
  • 5-      The occupation of saraiki Waseb is agriculture. But many people are facing problem of water shortage due to which huge lands are empty.
  • 6-      There are only two medical colleges in this region and lack of higher education.
  • 7-      There is no single university only for women.
