Unemployment is a central problem because when unemployment is high, resources are wasted and people’s incomes are depressed; during such periods, economic distress also spills over to affect people’s emotions and family lives. The socio economics system of Pakistan and institutions has failed to provide employment to the increasing labor force. Labor force include all persons who are of ten years and above , and during the period are without work, currently available for work and seeking for work. The labor force comprises adults who want to work. Uncounted are those who do not seek employment, or who have become discouraged enough to stop looking.

In Pakistan labor forces include all persons who are of ten years and above, and during the period are without work, currently available for work and seeking for work.

Causes of Unemployment

I- Our educational system is also responsible for increasing unemployment rate among the educated youth. The attitude of our youth towards the choice of a career is unrealistic and unproductive.

II- The higher growth of population is the major cause of unemployment

III- The pakistani investors are reluctant to invest there because of violence.

IV- Employment in the private sector absolutely stopped because they shifted their capital to other countries

V- Opportunities are not enough and system of reference is so much indulged in our society.

VI- Lack of enough industries to employ.

Suggestions:

I- Government should announce multiple packages for the development of agriculture sector.

II- Government should make efforts to push economic growth process.

III- Technical training facilities should be provided. In this way enemployed people woll get the oppurtunity to enhance their skills and become able to earn.

IV- With a view to reduce educate unemployment, self-employment scheme should be encouraged in true manners

V- Govt. should seriously try to boost exports through broadening the tax base and lowering tariffs.

Community development is a structured intervention that gives communities greater control over the conditions that affect their lives. This does not solve all the problems faced by a local community, but it does build up confidence to tackle such problems as effectively as any local action can. Community development, often linked with Community Work or Community Planning, is often formally conducted by non-government organisations (NGOs), universities or government agencies to progress the social well-being of local, regional and, sometimes, national communities. . Community development works at the level of local groups and organisations rather than with individuals or families. Less formal efforts, called community building or community organizing, seek to empower individuals and groups of people by providing them with the skills they need to effect change in their own communities. The range of local groups and organisations representing communities at local level constitutes the community sector. These skills often assist in building political power through the formation of large social groups working for a common agenda.

The second portion of the CDD (if applicable) provides working capital to maintain the amenities and common areas. This working capital provides long-term assurance that the community's amenities and infrastructure will be maintained after the developer has ceased their involvement in the community. Formal programs conducted by universities are often used to build a knowledge base to drive curricula in sociology and community studies. . Community development practitioners must understand both how to work with individuals and how to affect communities' positions within the context of larger social institutions.

A student loan is designed to help students pay for university tuition, books, and living expenses. It may differ from other types of loans in that the interest rate may be substantially lower and the repayment schedule may be deferred while the student is still in education. It also differs in many countries in the strict laws regulating re-negotiating and bankruptcy. Student loans have become an indispensable tool for families trying to pay the soaring cost of higher education, which at some private colleges and universities now tops $50,000 a year. The interest rate paid by students on both guaranteed loans and direct loans is fixed and is set by Congress. In the case of guaranteed loans, the government pays a subsidy to lenders that make the loans and also guarantees the amounts loaned, almost completely protecting lenders from losses. Education builds up the steps to success. A higher education not only translates one’s investment into material achievements and mental contentment but also enriches one’s knowledge and enlightens one’s mind. The qualified persons are more immune to economic turbulence. But degrees come at a cost and so can not be afforded by all. Education loans come in three major categories: student loans (e.g., Stafford and Perkins loans), parent loans (e.g., PLUS loans) and private student loans (also called alternative student loans). There are different layers of economic background. In fact, the model based upon the financial status is a pyramid in shape. A few are rich and seated at the crest of the pyramid whereas the countless paupers form the very basement and the other classes are categorized in between. The types of loans available fall into three general categories: federally guaranteed loans made by banks and other lenders; federal direct loans made directly by the government; and private loans, which are essentially the same as any other consumer loan, from banks and other companies.

Self employment is not just the domain of those with a degree or a trades ticket. Someone with even a partial high school education can do very well on the internet.Self employment ideas comes a dime a dozen. Where the shortage lies is in the motivation. It wasn't long ago when you promised, "that if one more person in your department gets a pink slip, that you were out of there"! But for some strange reason, you just don't think it will happen to you. (Like getting dumped, receiving a speeding ticket, or divorcing your high-school sweetheart).

On the internet, it is willingness to learn and work that cuts the real successes from the wishful thinkers. Following are just a few of the many self employment ideas that abound. If you have special skills like nursing or you are an electrician or car mechanic, doctor or secretary, you can create your own work from home. The person that never completed high school can also do JUST AS WELL on the internet. The World Wide Web is the great equalizer.

Five million people world-wide are out of jobs. There are more people with PHD's working in Starbucks than in universities. Not to mention that the economy is spiraling down like a torpedo, the stock market tanked and landed safely in the middle of no man's land and job security or shall I say JOB IN-Security is starring us in the face, and still 95 percent of the population will rather just hope, wish and pray for a brighter day.

Financial Crimes are crimes against property, involving the unlawful, conversion of the ownership of property to one's own personal use and benefit. Financial Crimes may involve fraud, medical fraud, corporate fraud, payment fraud etc...Financial crimes may involve additional criminal acts, such as computer crimes, abuse, burgalry, and even violent crime. The Financial Crimes Task Force will assess the destabilizing effects of financial criminal activity on the nation's security and economic and financial infrastructure. With profits close to $1 trillion per year, global organized crime has become arguably the world's fastest growing business. The aim of the project was to inform our financial crime risk assessment methodology, looking at how the measurement of impact on individuals, financial institutions and wider society could be used to improve risk-based and proportionate financial crime resource allocation. Our underlying intention was to analyse how regulatory activities could be measured in relation to performance against the financial crime statutory objective.

The lifeblood of criminal activity is money, and thus the modus operandi and mechanisms exploited to make illegitimate proceeds appear legitimate is the ultimate objective of every criminal organization. To level the playing field law enforcement must strike where it hurts: the wallet. Aside from laundering and asset seizure concerns, the Financial Crimes Task Force will also analyze the counterfeiting of credit cards and tender aimed at economically sabotaging US corporate and government interests.

In recent time there was only two political parties in bwp region. One was the saraiki province movement and other was Bahawalpur province movement. Saraiki Province Movement began when the Saraiki speaking areas of Punjab felt that in comparison with Punjabi speaking areas, there  was less and slower development in Saraiki areas. Less access to power and goods and services resulted in lack of development. There are number of grievances which have been put up by the various Saraiki political parties and organizations.
One of the grievances is settlement of people from other areas. This began when in 1886-86 canals were dug by the British and new canal colonies of Southern Punjab Bahawalpur region were opened to settlers from outside. Then again after Sutlej Valley Project new settlers came into Bahawalpur region, which is still continuing much to the disapproval of Saraiki people. Another grievance is that the Saraiki area generates more income than what is spent on it. According to Saraiki activists, Saraiki area is economically exploited. It is believed that Bahawalpur being the major producer of cotton, the  income earned from it is not being spent on Bahawalpur. A major demand of Saraiki activists is that the quota of employment for Saraiki’s be raised.

The region was once watered by the Hakra River, known as the Saravati in vedic times. At one time there were 400 forts in the area and archaeological finds around the Derawar Fort, the only place with a perennial waterhole, indicate that it was contemporaneous with the Indus Valley Civilisation. The average annual rainfall is only 12 cm, and the area's scant cultivation is made possible by underground wells, drawn up by camels. The water is stored in troughs, built by the tribes, between sandhills and din waterholes called tobas. The people are racially similar to those in Rajasthan - tall, with sharp features. They live in large, round, mud and grass huts, usually built on the top of sandhills. On the whole, they are pastoral and nomadic. The main tribes are the Chachar, Mehr, Lar, Paryar, Channar, Chandani and Bohar. The forts here were built at 29 km intervals, which probably served as guard posts for the camel caravan routes. There were three rows of these forts. The first line of forts began from Phulra and ended in Lera, the second from Rukhanpur to Islamgarh, and the third from Bilcaner to Kapoo. Built with double walls of gypsum blocks and mud, they are all in ruins now. Some of them date back to 1000 BC, and were destroyed and rebuilt many times.
